Reviews and Ratings
Overall, I found the hotel to be a suitable choice for a convenient stopover, especially before or after a cruise. The views of Moorea are stunning, and the infinity pool is a real highlight. However, the food prices are on the higher side, and the service could use some improvement in speed. The rooms were basic but did the job for a short stay.
My stay at the Intercontinental Tahiti was a lovely experience, especially as it was the first stop on our honeymoon. The room was spacious and clean, and I really appreciated the quick check-in. The only downside was the hardness of the bed. Although the location is convenient for the airport, there aren't many attractions nearby. Overall, it felt like a great value for the quick overnight stay before heading to Bora Bora.
I recently stayed at the Intercontinental and had a mix of experiences. The location and views were stunning, and the overwater bungalow provided a beautiful private space. However, the dining options were inconsistent and not very accommodating, especially when it came to service. Overall, the amenities were great, but the dining experience could definitely use some improvement.
We spent a night at this hotel during a long layover on our way to New Zealand, and it was a decent choice for a short stay. The pool area was nice for relaxing, and they offered a generous buffet breakfast with a Polynesian show in the morning. However, the room cleanliness was disappointing, especially with the presence of mosquitoes and spiders. Overall, it’s a solid option if you need a brief stopover, but I would suggest moving to another location for a longer stay.
